• Member birthday treat. Members get one free head charge (3 hours of karaoke) from 3 days before to 3 days after their birthday.
• Member discount. Members get 10% off the room charge.
• Student, OKU and senior citizen discount. 10% off the room charge with valid ID (seniors aged 60 and over).
• Free karaoke until closing for late VIP/VVIP check-in. Groups who check in to a VIP or VVIP room after 6pm and meet the minimum spend can sing free until closing time.
• Value Set Lunch. From RM19++ per person, including food, a drink and one free hour of karaoke. Running since 9 November 2023 until further notice. The menu and price vary by outlet.

Red Box is a long-running Malaysian family karaoke chain. Its only Penang outlet on the official website is on the 8th floor of 1st Avenue Mall, Jalan Magazine. Rooms range from Mini rooms for one or two people to VVIP rooms for up to 60 guests. Room charges are published per hour or per three-hour block, and rates rise after 6pm and at weekends.

How to get to Red Box Karaoke Penang

1st Avenue Mall is on Jalan Magazine next to Komtar, George Town's main Rapid Penang bus interchange. Red Box tells drivers to park on Level 7 of the mall car park near bay C52 and take the lift to Level 8.

Nearest public transport: Komtar bus terminal, Penang ferry terminal; no LRT/MRT.
