Red Box is a mall-based karaoke chain established in Malaysia in 2000. Its website lists eight outlets: four in the Klang Valley, plus Klang, Seremban, Penang and Melaka. The Pavilion KL and The Exchange TRX outlets carry the more upmarket 'Red Box Plus' name. Unlike most family chains, Red Box charges by room (per hour or per 3-hour block) rather than per head, with VIP and VVIP rooms sold on minimum spend. Its slogan is 'More Than Singing', and it often works with local artistes and record labels.

Red Box Karaoke prices
Red Box charges per room, not per head, plus 10% service charge and 8% service tax (since 1 April 2024). Example from The Gardens price list (image uploaded April 2025, still linked October 2026): Mon-Thu Standard room (3 pax) RM23/hour or RM63 for 3 hours before 6pm, and RM33/hour or RM90 for 3 hours after 6pm; Superior (4-6 pax) RM43/hr, RM118 for 3 hours before 6pm; Deluxe (7-8 pax) RM53/hr, RM145 for 3 hours; Premier (9-15 pax) RM83/hr, RM225 for 3 hours. Fri-Sun, PH and PH eve: Standard RM28/hr (RM78 for 3 hours) before 6pm and RM38/hr (RM103) after 6pm. VIP and VVIP rooms are sold on minimum spend from RM1,000 (VIP Type 1, Sun-Thu daytime) up to RM6,000 (VVIP 1 for 30-50 pax, Fri-Sat evening). 1st Avenue Penang is cheaper: Small room (3-4 pax) RM20/hr or RM55 for 3 hours before 6pm on weekdays. Red Box Plus The Exchange TRX starts at Deluxe (6-7 pax) RM40/hr, RM108 for 3 hours on weekday afternoons. Students, OKU and seniors get 10% off the room charge.

- Free karaoke until closing for VIP/VVIP rooms that meet minimum spend after 6pm

Promotions and discounts
- Student, OKU and senior citizen discount. 10% off room charge only. Students show a valid student ID or NRIC; seniors aged 60+ show NRIC or passport at check-in.
- Member privileges. 10% off room charge for members, plus a birthday treat of one free head charge (3 hours of karaoke) valid 3 days before or after the birthday. The website advertises free membership.
- Value Set Lunch. From RM19++ per person, daily 12pm-2pm (not on PH or PH eve): a lunch set with a drink and a free 1-hour karaoke session. Children aged 7-12 pay 50% of the normal head charge with no meal; children 6 and under enter free with no meal. Not valid for VIP/VVIP rooms. Running since 9 November 2023 until further notice.
- Private Event Packages 2026. From RM698 for groups of at least 8, with selected food, free-flow beverages, 3 hours of karaoke in normal rooms, balloon decoration, TV photo backdrop and fruit platter. 30% non-refundable deposit and 1-3 days' notice required. Promotion period 1 April-30 October 2026.
- Red Pay Membership Visa Card. Prepaid Visa card linked to the RedPay e-wallet; reward points can offset up to 10% of payment at Red Box outlets.
